Michelle Malkin has been keeping pretty good count from sources:

By the way, the unofficial estimate of yesterday’s nationwide turnout has now surpassed 240,000.

And here’s another estimate based on newspaper accounts: At least 250,000.

It's only go up from there, but we will never know for sure.

Obviously enough to say we are HERE, America has people that will fight for her future.

Many MANY people came to tea parties and it was the first time they have done so.

Also many took the day off, which pumped up the numbers significantly.

Those numbers are way low. It’s around 500,000 based on the Freeper reports on this thread. And there are lots more tea parties to be heard from.
