Here is Obama's exact quote to the Turkish Parliament:
"Although
we have a large Christian population, we do not consider ourselves a Christian nation, or a Jewish nation, or a Muslim nation. We consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values.

Back in June of 2006, Obama said,
“Whatever we once were, we are no longer a Christian nation - at least, not just. We are also a Jewish nation, a Muslim nation, a Buddhist nation, and a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers.”
Obama made a similar statement in an email response to CBN’s David Brody in 2007:
“Whatever we once were, we’re no longer just a Christian nation; we are also a Jewish nation, a Muslim nation, a Buddhist nation, a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers.”
We see that Obama believes we are no longer a Christian nation but an assortment of several mini nations. Obama believes America is a nation of citizens curiously “bound by ideals and a set of values,” having no extrinsic anchor and objective source.

The Left is upset Americans cling with such spiteful churlishness to God, faith and tradition. No wonder they want to deconstruct America forever to prevent her from returning to the Judeo-Christian roots of her Founding.
"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus

Which President did not take the oath on the King James Bible? I would guess JFK (Douay-Rheims Bible).

Well, Obama is not, and has never been, a Christian in any meaningful sense of the word.
It’s beyond his pay scale. And besides, Allah wouldn’t approve.

Patrick Henry remarked: "It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religions, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ."While insisting that "we" do not consider America a Christian nation, Obama praised the religion of peace. "We will convey our deep appreciation for the Islamic faith, which has done so much over so many centuries to shape the world for the better, including my own country."

Do you mean his first swearing-in, on 11/22/63 on the airplane? What book was used—a prayerbook?

Every President of the United States, including B. Hussein Obama, took an oath to uphold the Constitution on a Bible. In every case save one, it was the King James Version. To Obama (and Bill and Hill) it was just a prop to fool the rubes.

Really? But didn't the Mayflower Compact proclaim the Pilgrims were establishing their colony for "the advancement of the Muslim faith." And what about "In Allah We Trust" on our coinage and currency, not to mention what's been called our second national anthem, "Allah Bless America"? Good one!!!

Sorry..., we’re not a Christian nation... although there are Christians in the nation (there is a difference there).
If we were a Christian nation (and that means you’re speaking “corporately” when you’re saying that...) — then we would have never elected Obama for one thing.
Secondly, if we were a Christian nation, we would not be killing 43 million babies over the last several decades. So, he’s right — we’re not a Christian nations (although a lot of people might wish it to be different)...
