Can they argue now that it is uncharitable to deport them to be tried for their crimes on account of their age?
That’s the point. The evidence proving that Demjanjuk was a brutal camp guard is very weak, certainly nowhere near “beyond reasonable doubt”.
If the OSI withheld evidence in a trial conducted in Israel, why would you not think the OSI would continue to withhold evidence?
