See, we can get Iran to be reasonable, all we have to do is drop that ridiculous demand about their nuclear program....

I would tend to think that BO would be smart enough to know that the world is like Chi town politics. They carelessly cut you and laugh while your bleeding then they go for the jugular. But he is so naive he thinks that they will not do it him and us.

I don’t believe Bambi’s goal is to deter the development of nukes by Iran. He’ll let that happen, in order to get to his real agenda.

WASHINGTON The Obama administration and its European allies are preparing proposals that would shift strategy toward Iran by dropping a longstanding American insistence that Tehran rapidly shut down nuclear facilities during the early phases of negotiations over its atomic program, according to officials involved in the discussions.
...isn't nuke disarmament the entire point of talking to the Iranians?

What the Adminsitration still seems to be in denial about, is that they only have a few months to work things out. After that, Israel is going to do what we won’t.
So, there’s no time for taking small steps or “interim steps to build a little trust. “
The Iranian regime has its own agenda, and being friends with the U.S. is not part of it. Quite the opposite.
