I may get flamed, but government reports take months to complete, have numerous sign-offs & such - no way one could have been done up in 3 days to include an event that just happened

According to my spies, that document was created on 1/23/2007 at 1:32:54 PM, and it was modified on 4/7/2009 at 5:47:57 PM. The timing would account for the inclusion of recent events.

Keep your eyes and ears open.

If they are correct, then the report is two years old - it was done under the Bush administration & just recently updated

Any idea, out side the April 3rd event, what changes were made?
