Every since Putin chided us on not becoming a socialist country, I’ve been convinced we are in reverso world.
Looked in a mirror lately?

Last week Obama told the planet on his Dixie Chick America Sucks Euro-Tour that ol bigheaded America is not and has never been a Christian nation.... I think this is the absolute reflection of his religious training over these past decades. These words fit the religious instruction that I heard come out of reverend j wright sermons.
I consider Bama to be attempting to reenact old Pharaoh of millennium gone by, and the record says that it was the Heavenly Father Himself that led the children out of bondage. There is also a slice of king of Babylon, Neb, before his conversion. Some people do get to live by the words they spew.

Giles was so careful in the beginning of his column to stress
Judeo-Christian but then he really blew it at the end with this:
"Get loud and proud about God, Christ and the Christian worldview and dont let any stupid and smarmy, sassy secularist shut you up."
Townhall really should hire some copyeditors. I doubt Giles meant to alienate Jews.

I love the Jewish people and Israel... however the article was not about Jews in particular. It is about Christianity in America and in politics. It is specifically about the Christian worldview of America that the Founders shared.
It was about the left’s bent on destroying America’s Christian heritage. I think the writer said exactly what he meant.

John Adams: The Christian religion is, above all the religions that ever prevailed or existed in ancient or modern times, the religion of wisdom, virtue, equity and humanity.
John Quincy Adams: "And may the associated distribution of the Bible proceed and prosper till the Lord shall have made bare His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God [Isaiah 52:10].
Samuel Adams: I conceive we cannot better express ourselves than by humbly supplicating the Supreme Ruler of the world . . . that the confusions that are and have been among the nations may be overruled by the promoting and speedily bringing in the holy and happy period when the kingdoms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ may be everywhere established, and the people willingly bow to the scepter of Him who is the Prince of Peace.
John Hancock [the guy with the fancy signature on The Declaration of Independence]: "And finally to overrule all the commotions in the world to the spreading the true religion of our Lord Jesus Christ in its purity and power among all the people of the earth.
Now if that doesn't tell you something about how our Founding Fathers wanted the entire EARTH to be Christian as our USofA is Christian, 'tain't nuthin' does.
AMEN, Founding Fathers, AMEN. [aka say it again]

Well..., America is not a “Christian nation”.... it is a nation with Christians in it (and they are definitely not the majority)...
You aren’t “Christian” (I would be well-assured of this...) if you voted in Obama. LOL... And since it was almost 10 million more voters for Obama than McCain, I think that pretty much tells the story about Christians not being in the majority...
Heck, even Free Republic is not a “Christian board”... so how can one say that America is a Christian nation.... LOL...

I really don’t think fat people deserve to be lumped in there with the rest of that headline...I’m just sayin’

He said we’re not a Christian nation, a Jewish nation, or a Muslim nation. He said we’re a nation of citizens. Exactly what does that mean? All countries in the world are comprised of their own citizens. Is that just a meaningless phrase that we’re supposed to be shocked and awed by?
Stevie Wonder can see that.He should have picked a blind white person to cite, Helen Keller is the only one I can think of, so all the liberals won't call him a racist.

America is not a “Christian nation”.... it is a nation with Christians in it (and they are definitely not the majority) I beg to differ.
