I don’t believe that Barney is the most corrupt member of the Congress, although I will concede that he is likely in the Top Ten, maybe Top Five.
The most corrupt member is Senator “Chuckie Cheese” Schumer, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Gang of Wall Street Criminals.
