I've read where Intel actually knows the names and locations of some of the organizers, and yes, these hijackings are orchestrated through an organization.

I'd like nothing better than to see the pirate's home-town leveled to the ground. BUT, don't forget, they have some 200 or so hostages held there, as protection. Any attack on the town to result in those hostages being murdered.

We can hope there will be another miracle freeing of those hostages - but that will likely be far more difficult to accomplish.
