To: Eye of Unk

Certainly with the heavy Navy presence in the area this would be handy. But I think we’d need the OK from the other countries whose ships were pirated, or that are the homelands of the hostages. (I.e. get them to issue us a letter of marque.)

Interestingly enough I wonder just what if anything will be discussed at the UN about this, all I see in the future is that nobody will do anything different, just keep on paying ransoms, and keep on sending more ships through, Loyd’s of London must have a few comments on this.
