I’d assume the seals were in the water alongside the boat and signaled him from there. Probably by yelling “Jump!.

That’s my best guess too. The Navy Seals are nothing short of incredible. Those guys are so tough and so well trained. I watched a special one time showing the training they went through to get to be a Seal. I can’t express how much I respect them.

Candidates completed the re-warming exercise after spending 48 hours in the Alaskan mountains learning how to navigate through the rugged terrain and survive the frigid conditions.
