U.S. warships and helicopters stalked a lifeboat holding an American sea captain and his four Somali captors Sunday as a Somali official and others reported negotiations for his release have broken down.

Please read the whole article. This cluster f**k is obviously being run, and horribly messed up, by the Usurper himself from the WH. The Naval officers involved are nothing but bystanders, errand boys, and potential scapegoats, thanks to the Usurper.
