I just can’t imagine the evil it takes to shoot babies.

To point fingers at those “evil Americans.”

Yes, and once I had the Louisianna search going, I did find other articles on this story - I had not found anything with New Orleans in the headline. I am not American, and so I congratulated myself for sifting through my memory, and finally remembering that NO is in the state of Louisianna.

I agree with you, it must be drug related. Not that any explanation can catch up to the events.

I’m sure the Religion of Peace would be happy to give lessons.

As would lots of globalist thugs.

Evil is . . . evidently spiritually genetic with lots of them.

Yeah, China wants to kill the 2nd amendment so they can take ownership.

Not surprised to see every little gun thing reported by Xin-f*****g-hua.

We had a sad situation in Roanoke, Virginia where a young man was shot/killed in a home invasion. He lived in an apartment and it turns out there were drug dealers living across the hall. The young man who was killed did have his apartment (apparently) ransacked, but nothing the family could tell was stolen.

Police speculate it was a case of mistaken identify in that the robbers meant to raid the apt across the hall. Sad. Maybe same case with this family? Or a hit on them for a debt not paid by another family member of the victims?

Yeah, and in the Wichita and Memphis massacres, it must have been drug related.

No wait, it was just senseless brutality in both. Why not in this one?

So, I like to eat, and the eating is good in New Orleans. But, crime is very high, and Savage. So, I get invited for lunch to this place(Gaultiere’s ?) . It is in the ‘hood, ghetto, slum. We sit out side in plastic chairs and have a feast. Really, really good. One of the best meals in my life. Very spicy, cold beer, shrimp, sea food, fresh shucked oysters. A cardiologist nightmare. Anyways, I ask the staff, all black, how late they stay open. His eyes get as wide as dinner plates and he said, ‘Hell, even we don’t stay after dark’. They only opened for long lunch.

Also, the New Orleans police are famously incompetent and corrupt. I think something like less than half of murders is anyone arrested and something like only 2 in ten murders is there a conviction. The French Quarter, the tourist district is fairly safe, as they have paid for their own private, armed police force....and basically I have heard is controlled by organized crime, which unlike the public employees, recognizes and is efficient enough to operate a world class tourist destination. Basically, if you mess with their cash flow, they will hunt you down.

This phenomenon of low, controlled crime is also seen in Boston’s Little Italy, which has for maybe a hundred years had a reputation of safety for civilians from street crime.

Why can’t they figure out Houston is NOT New Orleans???

Oh wait...China probably want the government to inact firearms registration, confiscation of as many firearms in the US as possible...

Or the Chinese will call in on the US debt they bought up...

Kill two birds with one stone so to speak...

Great...Can’t wait...

I was born and raised in New Orleans. It was the most wonderful place to grow up...Great food and music,year-round parties and events(Mardi Gras was just the tip of the ice berg!), so much of NOLA was so beautiful...we always felt safe in 95% of the city! It just breaks my heart what two Morials and a Nagin have done to my home town. I now live 45 minutes away but don't go back there more than once or twice a year.

The location given is 16 kilometers southeast of New rleans. So locally, it is not a NOLA crime. Look on page 46, below the fold.

I’m guessing that the report was filed in Houston?
