The only “problem” with all this — the Supreme Court and/or any court of law in the land — doesn’t seem to care one whit about it...
At the very least (even if some court, somewhere in the land does care) no one seems to be in too big of a hurry to do anything about it. At the rate it’s going now, everything should be decided by a court, passed up to the Supreme Court for a final decision — by the time Obama starts building his Presidential Library...
