I would hesitate to label either of them intellectually superior at anything but b.s.. Nuclear disarmament is a lofty idea that sounds good and would be nice if it weren’t for that pesky problem of trust. And anyone that thinks you can trust rogue dictators is a moron that shouldn’t be allowed in a decision making position.
