and still not a word from the Bozo in chief!! What the hell is he waiting for?

Obama was asked about this yesterday and he sloughed it off, saying he wanted to stay on the subject at hand, at the time something about housing.

Some liberal pundits or another, including Ed Morrisey of Hot Air...normally a SANE fellow, defended Obama and his lack of response as there are likely delicate negotiations going on and it would not do for the president to say something that might upset things.

Only one problem here...WHY CAN'T THE PRESIDENT EXPRESS HIS BEST WISHES FOR THE CAPTAIN AND HIS FAMILY????

What, the pirates would kill the captain if Obama said he prayed for a good outcome for the captured captain?

I don't care how much fools want to defend Obama, this man is no leader. Frankly I think he wanted to avoid "offending" the Muslim pirates by wishing the American citizen well while remaining mum on the health of the pirates. For sure Obama didn't want to wish the pirates well...but of course?

But it's what he wants as I see it, it's the only way to interpret his lack of response. I can't ever recall an American president not standing up with good wishes for American citizens in danger...at the very least.

Oh, how I wish you were right, but, when so many of the voting age people of this nation want nothing more than a nannie nation and they see obama as their wet-nurse, I fear we have awhile to go yet.

I think to become a leader of the USA . . . he’d have to first

—find a miraculous way to become human.
—find a miraculous way to become a competent human.
—find a miraculous way to become a competent human leader.
—find a miraculous way to become an American.
—find a miraculous way to become a competent human American patriotic leader.

Otherwise, he’s slug slime from the lower cesspools of hell.

Talk about buyers remorse all across the American electorate. Sheesh. Think of wavering relatives you might have had who actually did the unthinkable, were somehow swayed by the smooth talk and media telling them so, voted for Obama thinking he would turn everything around, and how sheepish some of them must start to be feeling these days...perfect scenario for a lot of "I Told You So's" at a lot of upcoming Easter dinners across the land.
