Have you ever asked why the Islamists sided with the militantly atheist Soviets against the Christian West? After all, the Soviets were against all religion, whereas the West was comprised of mostly Christians, who are afforded special status in the Qur’an as “people of the book.” Not only that, the West allows Islam to be practiced, whereas the Soviets have a history of brutal suppression of the same. Do you ever ask yourself such basic questions, Allmendream? Of course you don’t, because you are a member of the Temple of Darwinistic Materialism first and foremost, then comes politics, then comes the Bible...in that order. Am I wrong? I think if you look deep inside, you will see that I am right.
Why did the Islamists side with the Soviets? Because first and foremost they hate Jews and Israel and the USA was backing Israel. That made the Soviets and the Islamists natural allies based upon the “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” formulation.

Let me guess, it has something to do with a massive conspiracy theory whereby the Islamists were not “real” Islamists, but secretly atheists communists just “misusing” the poor misunderstood religion of Islam?
