Tharwat Consulting Group is a company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. It was formed at the beginning of 1997 to provide a more formal structure for the growing business and activities of its predecessor firm, Elise, Bruce, Regina & Associates, Inc.

The technical staff is lead by President and CEO Tharwat Abdul-Malik, a veteran developer with over twenty years of software industry experience. It also features the talents of a number of other developers, depending on the projects currently in progress.
