It has little to do with military experience. We have a President who doesn’t like his country. America is wrong in his eyes. Listen to how he talks America down on these overseas trips.
Look at his policies. He cannot say anything in favor of a country he despises. He doesn’t believe in the fundamental idea of America - individual liberty.
Those ships represent reprehensible free market behavior. In his mind they’re repressing people and deserve what they get.
My reason for the “military experience” comment was to show only that if a military decision had to be made, he would have no idea what to do. Not whether he would do it or not. The decision of whether to actually do anything would be directly related to the fact that he has no experience to make that decision.
