There is no federal governmental interest in this other than to disarm the citizenry. The Second Amendment was intended to preempt this very form of usurpation, that the feds should never be allowed to get on their high horses and Lord it over the citizenry! If we acquiesce to this BS, we will surely be oppressed by what is supposed to be government of, by and for the people.
With Dhim-types, however, it clearly is not government of, by and for the people, but rather, of, by and for them!
