One option raised by Holdren and proposed by a Nobel Prize-winning scientist includes shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays.

A much safer localized idea is helping nature create trillions of tiny floating mirrors to reflect sunlight out to space. The most obvious solution to active climate management is never mentioned. I'm not saying we should actually do this, just that we should develop the technologies to do it cheaply if we need to.

I was flying out to Kansas a few weeks back, and the airplane flew near the Three Mile Island nuclear plant in Pennsylvania. It was easy to find the plant because it was at the apex of a huge cloud of water vapor that stretched for dozens of miles.
