I am not a conspiracy theorist... but, it is true that sometimes what we clearly see or think we see......... is not reality.

in fairness, historically, foreign oil has been cheaper to purchase than to drill here but when the prices hit above $40, I “think” it becomes financially profitable to drill here in the USA but “thackney” knows a heck of a lot more about that than I do.
But, the sooner we start drilling more here, the sooner we can become independent of foreign oil and keep those hundreds of billions of dollars HERE instead of “over there”...
Certainly.
More important to me than the cost of oil, is our need to not to be in a position where THEY have control over us and can shut off the oil any time they want.
If we did “all of the above” we could cut THEM off.... well maybe. ;>)
