Now how would you know if Black gang members attend Penn State or not? Do they have some type of policy in place?
I think you just didn’t like the truth behind his comment, but couldn’t think of a logical way to dispute it.

You must not understand the NEW IMPROVED hopey changey America we now live in..(all praise be to the great and powerfull obama)!! The student is an evil criminal of the Military and lives to support the state he is not an Elite intellectual and therefore deserving of an education. He is taking the place of an Oppressed Minority and should be ridiculed. For the imjustice of racism the "thug" or should be given a diploma and will become an officer in the elite ObamaCorps.
