Probably within the next week, we will hear that another person in this downward economy will wipe out his own family.　or maybe even innocent mall visitors (over unemployment, divorce or what not) and then off himself.

I guess a transient, boorish lifetime of "Dancing with the Stars" and "American Idol" and big fat McDonalds happy meals and huge McMansions with no furniture inside--buying way out of one's league--did not add moral fiber and foundation nor ethical depth of soul to a lot of Americans after all.
