OK, so 25 bishops out of 195 is a little more than 12.5%. That’s nothing to sneeze at, in a Church organization characterized by hierarchy and obedience. Praise the Holy Spirit at work!
I am hopeful that as the date gets nearer that some of the more important cardinals and archbishops (from dioceses like New York, Washington, Boston, etc.) will make statements and Notre Dame will feel more pressure.
