Exactly- it isn’t like they are fine and dandy one day and “snap” the next.
They’ve been screwed up for awhile and are on a descent - and chances are good they’re losing their wife and kids because of this descent.
That seems reasonable. I never believe when someone says, “There were no warning signs, he (or she) was perfectly normal.”
