Anytime someone is acting squirrelly at the gun range, either call the rangemaster or blast off.

I would assume this place had a rangemaster...

I would GUESS his mom was the one being antsy and he was probably trying to keep her from pestering him.

This link is from LiveLeak. It’s the range video of the shooting. It shows a little bit of interaction between mom, son and the guy in the next lane. It looks completely normal to me... until the son starts to shoot at his target. At that point, mom is standing behind him. She then reaches up around him, picks up another gun that’s laying in the tray on the firing line, points and fires.

It looks so out of place in comparison to the behavior before the shot that if you didn’t know what was going to happen you’d miss it. No struggles, no acting weird, etc.

Clip is tagged with a ‘graphic warning’. No blood, but you’ll see the shooting from beginning to end.
