I believe all sides are far ahead what the they let the media run with. IF the ChiComs had this, they wouldn’t need to leak this to the media via originally some propaganda blogs. It takes out the element of surprise and allows your opponent to plan for such an attack.
HOWEVER, if they don’t have it, but claim they do, they can use the leak as a test to see how our new CIC flinches.
