I'm certain that the NTSB guys are relieved that they don't have to investigate this one:

1. It's a French built airplane.
2. It's not a U. S. flagged airline.
3. The accident occurred in France.

Even so, the conclusions would be simple - RTM (Read The Manual).

The flight crew should be BANNED FOR LIFE. Is there anyone out there who would like to have any of them on a future flight crew?
