The French actually approved of the job he did. Certainly, he had a nuch better working relationship and understanding with George W Bush.
Obama was a total flop at this NATO Summit; he got nothing. It was dominated by Merkel and Sarko.
The more Conservative leaders seem to be winning big.

On the Fashion Front, except for the froufrou crinolines, Michelle looks very well and appropriately dressed for the occasion.
