There's that word again, "intention". Whatever he "intends" to do, he won't do. And whatever he "has no intention" of doing, he will do.

That's lesson one for the Obonically illiterate.

If Barry can singlehandedly impeach the president of GM, force an arranged marriage between Chrysler and Fiat, and back private companies’ warranties (funny, none of these Presidential powers are found in the Constitution) he should not be surprised if some folks want to impeach him based on his bad performance and push for his departure from the White Crib, a process which, ironically, IS in the Constitution.
