He is, but not the typical type of insanity. He's a pathological narcissist. he isn't very smart either. He is well trained. He can't complete a coherent sentence without TOTUS. He gets confused a lot because they aren't his thoughts, he is only trying to relay them. He's arrogant, yet terribly insecure. He is enjoying his wannabe rock star status as is his equally as scary manbeast tranny wife. All he cares about is being seen and using his new authority.
What he doesn't realize is it's not all about him and he works for us. We have a Constitution and Bill of Rights. He wants to trash them and usher in Marxism with an Islamic flavor. What he has forgotten is the MILLIONS or armed Americans that believe in this country. He has also forgotten than most of our troops are patriots and sworn to defend the CONSTITUTION!!
He will go too far(he's almost there) and we will have a SHTF. If not this year, for sure when the census begins if ACORN is involved.
