The money speech was one of my favorite parts of the whole book...lengthy, but needed to be.

There are lines that are seared into the memory long after one has put the book back on the shelf.
All of them give me goosebumps about what we're hearing now - Ann Rand was quite prophetic.
After the Root of Money speech, a lady tells Francisco that she feels he is wrong. Its not about facts, but feelings. Where have we heard this argument recently?
From liberals all over - in education, it's all about how the students 'feel'. They have a self-esteem boosting agenda based on nothing but feelings without realized tru self-esteem comes from persevering and accomplishing a goal. In the government - it's all about the 'women', 'children', 'minorities'. All arguments are emotional and when a conservative dares to use facts and logic, they are called (again, totally emotion-based) names.

I have read the money speech many times now and still have a hard time believing when it was written.
