Truth is not name calling.It is time for the left to be placed on the defensive.
If conservatives wasted a lot of time and energy explaining why Bush was NOT a war criminal, then it is is time for the left to explain why Obama is not a communist or fascist. However....in Obama’s case he is a communist and fascist so proving he is not will be hard for the left to do!
We must use Saul Alinsky’s techniques against them.
That will not do it. they will just force MORE elected republicans on TV to repudiate the statements making the party look even lamer.Then we will see more posts here calling them cowards. Not a winning cycle.

That was just rheteric juice to get the democrat left wing base to give money. What killed republicans was when democrats over time were able to string together a narrative that Bush was dumb and screwed every thing up “Iraq, Katrina, gas prices, housing crisis bailouts” and Bush helped by getting on TV and saying “Duh, UHHH, eerr”. As time went on most people in the country agreed with democrats continuing narrative. That is a model for getting Obama. Connect his actions with bad things and it will take time.
Name calling did get McCain contributions up as many associated McCain loss with the end of the world. But Obama had way more money anyway.
Here's a good one. Why didnt republican party target Pelosi like deomcrats targeted Bush? That seemed a better strategy.
