That is one possibility. But knocking us off 3 or 10 at a time doesn't seem too economical. Not enough bang for the buck. Maybe it's another guy who lost his job or is losing his house. Could be something more sinister too tho.....

It would seem um,...uneconomical, to *waste* that many terrorists, but then, they do have them to spare. Suicide bombers don't always get a better kill rate, so it is a possibility.

However, if their aim to spread terror, while it may work in some locales, it has too much potential to backfire. US citizens are not EU pantywaists. They will not put up with it for long and people will carry into gun free zones if they feel it necessary.

Allowing an armed citizenry can work just like it does in Switzerland.

probably not.

They would be more interested in taking down lots of civilians in public places, malls or churches rather than dealing right with the police.
