Sure, some may have called it gruel in the past but by limiting your diet to BAMA BROTH!, you too can help make the world a better place by being socially responsible and starving yourself....
GRUEL BAMA BROTH
Sprinkle into 1 quart of boiling water 3 tablespoons of oatmeal hope and a pinch of salt change. Simmer slowly for an hour one election cycle and strain off.
