SB799, the Arkansas in-state tuition for illegal aliens bill, is on the Senate agenda for Friday April 3rd for the afternoon session. They are trying to sneak this bill through just like they did during the Senate Education Committee. We need calls, emails, and as many activist to come by the Arkansas Capitol. Last time, the AR Senate started at 1:30pm and SB799 was behind about a dozen bills and didn't get reached until around 4:00pm. This time, it will probably be up around 2:00pm or so. Here is the link to the bill from the AR legislature:

TOPICS: Crime/Corruption; US: Arkansas
KEYWORDS: aliens; arkansas; dreamact; illegalimmigration; tuition
Joyce Elliott commented that there was no presence in the hallway in support of SB799, there is a possibility that the pro-illegal alien crowd may decide to show up. Here's a report of what happened the last time we dealt with SB799.

How bout gas station robbers, they’re illegals too? Shouldn’t the taxpayers of Ark. be required to put them thru college too?

Update!
SB799 will be up for a vote on Monday when the Senate session starts at 1:00pm. We will need people to contact the Senate by phone and email. We will also need people to show up. This isn't a protest so we've already got the signs that we need. I would suggest name tags with the phrase Vote No on SB799.

Do we have an “official” list of the politicians who are supporting this/pushing it?

Why not just abolish in-state and out-of-state tuition differences, if these pols are so dead set on handing a privilege to a lawbreaker that they wouldn’t give to a kid from OK?
