Well, this is ‘technically’ true — that the US is rather “broke” at the moment... Perhaps this is just a creative attempt at a statement?

I don’t know why you put this in the Breaking News though... This is not any kind of official document from the United States Government DECLARING anything. It is a self-taught, unlicensed lawyer who is CHARGING the US with being Bankrupt, isn’t he? Not saying you shouldn’t post this here or anything like that, but this is completely non-sourced, and I’m sure there is going to be a lot of DIS info flying around cyberspace as the NWO enjoys it’s honeymoon...

Just because some of our so-called ‘Conspiracy Theories’ were proven today, doesn’t mean ALL of them are true. :)

To be perfectly fair with you, I am still reviewing some of the links in this document, and honestly it’s over my head as far as the codes and laws he is citing in reference to his title and such... What we need is an actual “certified” California Lawyer to look at this and tell us what’s up with it... You will have my apologies if this turns out to be valid in any way, of course! :)

Speaking of David Icke (and Alex Jones, Stan Deyo, Steven Quayle, Et Al) isn’t it interesting that these people who regularly predict the demise of the dollar still want you to send in dollars for their books?

That’s not to say that the dollar isn’t going to go down the tubes as we watch. I just think it would be ironic if they were all left with worthless currency.

I haven’t heard of any of them asking to be paid in gold, silver or non-hybrid seeds yet.

Don’t know exactly what this would mean though

It sounds like it was translated by Babelfish.

LOL — I guess I’m used to it! At least we can get more of a sense of the message though... :)

Man... It’s too late/early for me... I’ve got to hit the sack!

On another thread I JUST posted a translation via Babelfish, and I thought I was responding on that thread! LOL Sorry about that.

Only a rube would believe this stuff. We aren't declaring anything at all, our money will be as worthless asa toilet paper before anything is ever mentioned about our 'financial solvency'.

We can print whatever we want and there is no one to stop us save the Russians. They have enough nukes to make a game changer, if they want to stop the chaos and so far they don't.

Isn’t this what happened the day before the Democrats made “The New Deal”?

Both statutes [RICO and Clayton Act] bring to bear the pressure of “private attorneys general” on a serious national problem for which public prosecutorial resources are deemed inadequate; the mechanism chosen to reach the objective in both the Clayton Act and RICO is the carrot of treble damages.
