How can Mitt Romney not know? He gave that interview less than two years ago. He's an adult, he attends church, he counsels others... and he doesn't know?
Honestly, I'd be more comfortable seated next to an unabashed pro-abortion advocate than someone who has obviously thought about it, but lacks the ability or capacity to discern.
At least I could try to persuade the pro-abortion person. If they were capable of reaching one conclusion, they may be capable of reaching another.
But someone who has thought about it and lacks the ability to decide? What hope is there?
Something that many people see in Romney is that nobody is home in there.
Something I noticed from searching all the photos online during the primary arguments was that all of the Romney photos looked almost the same, he seemed to have three or four faces from which he would choose at different times depending on which one was the most appropriate to be displayed.
He seems to lack any real connection to anything, including himself, he is like a machine that was switched on one day and will one day switch off, with no human being revealed in between.
