I think you’re right on the reinstatement. Naves seems to be pretty even-keeled.

Wouldn’t that be a riot if Churchill ends up with $1, and no job, while the grandstanding Lane ends up paid? I wonder if settlement was ever offered in this case - it would certainly be funny if Lane convinced Churchill not to settle.
