If he decides to concede, he should announce a time to make a statement and RAISE HELL!

Don’t ever concede, force it to the state supreme court, and when Franken “wins” claim he’s an illegitimate senator because he was “selected, not elected”. And keep doing it for the next six years.

A fraud in broad daylight - so many elections are being stolen by the left we must be on the verge of the equivalent of the 1917 Bolshevik revolution in Russia - we all know how that turned out!
I think we’re all in a bit of trouble, what do you think?

Certainly not! There are so many things wrong with this picture that a concession his part would do nothing more than encourage the other side to pull those tricks again and again.
It’s sad that as a country we’ve fallen to the level that we can’t even have an honest election.

He should concede when all the votes have been counted and it’s been determined, without fraud, that he is the loser.

As long as he’s payin out of his campaigns pocket, no.

Statistically speaking, close elections should break 50-50 for either party after all the dust settles.
Although we did get the bif one (Florida, 2000), I would venture to guess that 80%+ of very close elections (less than .1% margin) go to the Democrats. The people who love the idea of performing a census using statistical sampling should know that this is prima facie evidence of rigged outcomes.

WaPo needs to be asked if they ever considered asking Franken to concede, and why they waited until Franken was “ahead” before asking someone (read: Coleman) to concede.

WOW! Almost all the responding Freepers must think that Coleman would not vote like Franken! I disagree - he's just another lib/dem in republican drag.

NO.
But he will - at some point. The McCain wing of the Party will prevail upon him the need to be civil, to act to stabalize the government and help the new President “succeed.”

In the two days since a three judge state panel handed Norm Coleman a major setback in his election contest against entertainer Al Franken (D) the former Minnesota senator has made clear that he has no plans to declare defeat anytime soon. Damn it!
It's up to us Minnesota voters not people around the U.S.A!
We need a special election and NOW!
THEN let's see who wins by a virtual landslide!
That would be too fair however to consider of course.

With what the RATS pull in Alaska and in Minnesota, we need to name this Senate for the history books. King Obama's House of Lords?
