King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia on Saturday banned citizens from kissing his, or any of the royal family member’s hands saying it was against his cultural values and religious values. The ban was against CITIZENS (i.e. fellow MUSLIMS) from doing so. However, it is obligatory for dhimmis (subservient non-Muslims) to adopt a subservient manner toward their Muslim overlords.

Wonder if they've made any progress on getting a dog? He told Leno the dog would be "in place" when they get back from Europe.
