I see what you are saying....Many people I assume are not concerned with their own salvation, although I think at some point they will be and at that time and place it might be to late.....
I think it’s well and good for Christians to recognize how close we are to the Rapture (could take us at any moment...). And it’s important to see how we are in that time and “season” that the Lord talks about, in terms of Jacob’s trouble, the Tribulation and the setting up of His Kingdom.
I don’t think it does non-Christians too much good, though. That’s really not the issue for non-Christians, at all. The only issue for them to be concerned about is solely and simply personal salvation and nothing else. It shouldn’t matter to them (and they shouldn’t be concerned about) how close we are to the Rapture, or the Tribulation or the setting up of the Kingdom. That’s simply not the issue for the non-Christian, at all. To talk about those things with non-Christians is a total waste, non-productive and gets nowhere.
The issue with the non-Christian is strictly if they die in the next few minutes or hour or so, where will they be after that? Do they know? If not, they should know and be aware of what the Bible tells them about that.
In just about one hour, 6,460 people have died in the world. In the time that it took me to think about this and type it, let’s say about three minutes or so, 321 people have just died in the world. In the — very next minute — after reading this, another 107 people will have died. In about five seconds, another 9 people have died... It goes on and on without every stopping.
