Well, TX and CA and AZ ought to pick up about a dozen more congressional seats then.Remember who is pulling the strings. Do the leftists in charge want the numbers to create new representatives for Texas? Only if they can counteract it by massive voter fraud there. I thin it's safe to say that Cal. will get more seats though.
