Yes, the babies ARE in need ... of new mothers and new homes. The laws need to recognize this as child abuse.

Giving life can never be child abuse.

In vitro fertilization of more than one egg per attempt should not be allowed. However, the fertilization, implantation and births are not child abuse. Fertilization /Conception with no intention / attempt to implant is murder.
