One could also take the tea, place it in a paper bag on the doorstep, proceed to incinerate it and ring the bell. There is no time to await fire dept personnel and the chump who responds to the doorbell has to stomp it out. I hear they used to do this with other substances back in the 20th century.
That does bring back some old Halloween memories, particularly now that the statute of limitations has run out...
