Yes, at the very least, the season should dictate choice of sleeves v. sleeveless. Is there a heatwave in London today?????? Sheeesh!!!
The high today was 56 but apparently the cold never seems to bother Michelle nor does a sense of fashion when meeting the Queen in a tank top and cardigan.
