Before we lost Congress in 2006, I was warning that Bush's incompetence on many issues, especially the Border issue was going to destroy the GOP, America and give the Rats control of the Country.

Before we lost the Presidency, I kept warning about the idiocy of that incompetent boob and how it was threatening us with Obama.

And now, all my predictions have come true.

Between the Bush Klan and that idiot McCain, they have singlehandedly given control of America to the Rats - lock, stock and barrel. The Bushes destroyed America by allowing the Communists in the Democrat to take over. I hope to God Almighty America is saved and we NEVER see another Bush or anyone else who thinks like him running as Republican ever again.

The GOP fell apart on its collective moderate ideology. The Senate ‘Gang’ and the spending in Congress discouraged the constituency. It had nothing to do with Bush. POTUS was out of mind beginning with the 2006 mid-terms.

The GOP is no better today despite the absence of #43. At what point do we stop blaming Bush for the inadequacies of the other Republicans still circulating in DC?

>I was warning that Bush's incompetence on many issues,

Oh Please.

Bush is simply a symptom, not the problem.

A large problem is that people keep thinking that personal politicians are more important than they really are.

Politicians just ride the wave, they are not the wave.

Bush is a product of the modern GOP, and McCain is also a symptom of a deeper malaise.
In fact, I think that at this point the GOP is on the edge of taking the appropriate medicine or continuing in denial onto death.

I agree. Bush's and McCain are rich and they live in a world of bipartisan egalitarianism (for the rich ONLY). This is why Warren Buffet is an Omama man. They get into power and they think and act in the best interests of their class. These actions are NOT in the best interests of the Bourgeoisie. They have little in common with the managerial class or the business owners of this country. We pay a huge proportion of our incomes to support a government that then borrows another 80% more than it even takes from us.

We do all of the productive work and they make SURE we barely break even at the end of the year. We get our trip to Disney and the condo in the sun, but, big money from being productive and working your *ss off... NO WAY. The GOP doesn't care about the productive class. It cares about rich people and that is the problem with our government. Think about this as you mail in your tax payment in the next two weeks. Who, pray tell, is the fool?
