Yeah, that too. But we mistakenly believe so much of what we do can be reversed if necessary during the next election and that doesn’t hold true for judicial appointments.

Elections have consequences far beyond the next election and appointing judges to lifetime posts is one of those consequences.

Wait. Since there was NO OTHER candidate on the ballot, are you saying that John McCain is a worse option for President than bHo?

Please explain why bHo is a more qualified than McCain.
