"...we’ll never win another election...the GOP failed in another Dole moment..."

I keep thinking that Kerry would have been a better President to beat.

As another, inept, empty suited, one-term, Carter-Clone-Democrat, the grave damage assaulting our Republic today could have overcome ACORN fraud, the NYT, and the American-Idol mentality among voters.

“This is the consequence of the republicans nominating JOHN MCCAIN as a candidate for president.... “

Wait. Since there was NO OTHER candidate on the ballot, are you saying that John McCain is a worse option for President than bHo?

Please explain why bHo is a more qualified than McCain.

This should be good.

“We voted. Knock it off. It gets old.”

Then my post about those who didn’t vote or went to third parties wasn’t directed to you, personally or otherwise. But those who argue that disaffected conservatives who expressed their displeasure by not voting at all, or making some symbolic vote for a doomed third party candidate, didn’t factor into the election, I think you are wrong.

God’s hand was on this country for a long time. I fear that
he has removed that protective hand and I fear for my children and grandchildren.

There weren’t many of those this time around. The fact is, we nominated a guy who couldn’t win, and didn’t even seem to want to win. We need to blame ourselves for not being able to nominate a winner, so it doesn’t happen again.

When an excrement sandwich is served, I assume you blame the diner for not eating it?

So, in your opinion, as long as the other side nominates someone “worse”, our side should eat whatever excrement sandwich is presented to us?

Please explain how this differs from the “situational ethics” conservatives decry when exercised by the left.

This should be good...

So you think the small percentage of conservatives that stayed home because they didn’t like McCain were responsible for Obama’s victory, rather than the party that nominated McCain in the first place?

We really have no idea how many stayed home or voted third party. 1%..2% 3% or just enough to have changed the election.
