The power of the pardon is limited to offenses against the United States "The President ... shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment." Obama cannot constitutionally pardon his terrorist buddy. Unfortunately, the thug in our White House, despite being a former US Senator and former constitutional law professor, seems to have little interest in or respect for the Constitution except as a tool for undermining freedom and individual rights.

As you, I do not think he, or the corrupt Congress, cares a wit about the Constitution. It is just an obstacle to be circumvented at will, with NO recourse or accountability. Lying and the breaking of written law is of zero consequence to this mob.
